Your workmanship is impeccable.

As you know, we are a highly regulated manufacturer of Medical Devices.

The medical  products that we produce must be manufactured in closely monitored and regulated conditions. The new production areas that you have constructed for us meet and exceed the standards to which we must comply. You accomplished all of this and did not disrupt our ongoing business…to which we applaud your efforts.

Your employees have been accommodating, polite, neat and conscientious. They also took the time to learn our business so as not to cause harm to disrupt it. They worked overtime and irregular hours to meet the demands of our production.

All of the work that was performed was within specifications and within the timeframes that were specified.
